Harris Irwin is completing technical services for the delivery of the construction stage of a new care home, on behalf of our long-standing client Cinnamon Care Collection.

Situated in the West Midlands village of Hagley, the luxury new home will be known as the Gables and sits within a new development offering superb local amenities.

Working alongside Catalyst Interiors, and offering residents first class care facilities, Harris Irwin have delivered the construction of 53 ensuite bedrooms, lounges, private dining a café and cinema, plus a hair and beauty salon. 

Harris Irwin and the client team have worked hard to ensure the care home is built and finished to the highest standard, with residents benefiting from the upgraded internal specification and the opportunity to admire the surrounding local landscaping from one of two large terraces.

Harris Irwin is one of the leading architectural practices in the field of later living and dementia care which enables us to fully understand the needs and requirements associated with of this type of home.

As always, it has been a pleasure to work with Cinnamon Care Collection to deliver this project, which will be available for residents to move in from autumn 2022.
