Facilities include; café, cinema, library, faith room, pub/bar plus activity spaces. All designed to meet the needs of residents including those living with dementia.

The existing mature landscaping provides particular design challenges whilst providing the opportunity to deliver both choice and variety in the external garden spaces.

The building itself flows through the landscape, carefully arranged to avoid impacting the adjacent properties whilst providing a high quality care environment.

The location of the development has led to a gentle scheme with a subtlety of scale that sits comfortably with its existing setting.
