Heathland House
Heathland House is a purpose-built care home which offers 59 en-suite bedrooms and 7 one-bedroom care suites which are perfect for couples or for individuals looking for extra space and independence. It offers personalised residential, respite and dementia care individually tailored to the needs of the residents.
A fundamental design decision was to set out the accommodation over three floors to minimise the build footprint and thereby provide a more generous and spacious setting around the home.

The building wraps around the central retained chestnut tree and makes it the major component of a south-facing landscaped courtyard. Combined with the other retained mature landscaping the impact of the new building on its surroundings are minimised.
All areas of the garden are linked through the flow of pathways and lawn with the emphasis on accessibility to embrace all levels of mobility. The courtyard allows residents to explore safely and freely, promoting their independence.
Where possible, the ground-floor communal areas plus ground floor-bedrooms have doors which open onto patio areas. Upper floors have views of the landscaped gardens from glazed balconies.

Heathland House brings a wealth of superb amenities to the community with luxurious lounges, private dining rooms, a stylish café bar, onsite cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon – it is a special place where residents can enjoy living life to the fullest.
The 7 luxury care suites are equipped with a generous ensuite bedroom with a level access shower, a charming lounge and kitchenette.
