Moorhill Road

The BREEAM Excellent-rated care home obtained planning planning permission to provide 70-beds on Moorhill Road in the West Hand, Southampton.

On behalf of Highwood Group Harris Irwin designed the building with a natural, timber-scale cladding finish. The U-shape is designed to give panoramic views of the neighbouring woodland and landscaped gardens from the external terraces.
